Ally Bank came to us in the midst of a brand re-design with the task of connecting the dots for their consumers, from inital touchpoints to cross-selling existing customers.

Our team went to work and developed a highly personalized customer journey at scale. We used layered systems at every stage, including a CRM library, that made making personalized emails a snap.

Solutions included multiple automated marketing toolkits that accompanied a systematic approach to messaging based on: audience segments, progression in the decision-making funnel, seasonal cultural markers, and current promotions.

We upgraded Ally's sketch library to exponetially cut down on the time to create an email. All components are neatly available in the library, with quick options to update the text, colors, and states where needed.
